I really like how the background came out. C: I also wanted to try a slightly new shading technique (use 3 or 4 colors for shading) This would also how Tails might kiss Wave since they can't really kiss. And yes, I made Tails I bit taller... >_> I did had a bit trouble of making up a back ground, so I made something just... simple. No grass or clouds and shit like that, lol.
Anyway, I'm thinking about posting a pic of my Tailave off spring up here. (Her name is Millie; might post bio too)

Wave froze stock-still, her breath stopped as her heart began hammering and her mind spun into chaos. Tails had just kissed her. Really, truly, I-love-you kissed her. The shy little fox who used to barely be able to speak to her without stammering had asked her on a date, professed his romantic feelings toward her with several of her friends watching, and was now kissing her with all the passion he could muster.
